IL CORSO:  This module focusses on Portfolio Management starting from its construction; Asset Pricing, Model-Portfolio Construction; up to Risk Management. This module ends with an overview of the fundamentals of Econometrics for Financial Analysis.  

IL CORSO:  This module addresses the challenges to the traditional banking model, created by the advances in technology, in particular: The advent of online banking and the model of Neo and Challenger Banks; Credit Merit Analysis and Credit Scoring Models based on Big Data for the provision of credit with a view to sustainability; Predictive analysis of customer behavior and references to Behavioral Finance. Covid Effect: can the use of public guarantees on loans to business be facilitated by the advent of Fintech and favor a better allocation of resources? Impacts on the Internal Risk Management Model and methods of sharing data with Bank Regulators based on common standards. Insurtech: impacts of the use of technology on the Insurance Sector, evolution of Service Delivery, ALM Analysis, impact on the Cost Structure.

IL CORSO:  In this module, students analyze: Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Crowdfunding and social lending. Marketplace landing and the selection process of sustainable “borrowers”: the Italian, European and American experience will be compared in class. The size of companies: a limit or an advantage in the process of evolution of the credit access channels? The effect of Sustainability and the Green Revolution on lending activities. The role of Venture Capital in Fintech. The evolution of “leverage” compared to the traditional banking model. The impact on private systematic risk, on the absorption of risk capital, on credit costs and on the transmission of monetary policy.

IL CORSO:  This module discusses the change in the Asset and Wealth Management through Technology, Investment Management and Sustainability. Topics covered include: Artificial Intelligence applied to Wealth Management, cost reduction and impact on industry profitability. The innovation of products and services (passive vs active investment). The advent of Big Data in the definition of investment strategies, both active and passive, in facing green and sustainable challenge. Trading activity: the introduction of platforms, the evolution of clearing houses and custodian banks. Customer management at the time of robs Advising; new management and communications skills.
